There have been several debates, suggesting that women have it easier climbing the ladder of success. Many believe that with women’s quota and other laws supporting women’s empowerment, they have more opportunities than men. But that’s hardly the truth. There’s still a long way to go before society recognises women as equal to men in positions of power.
