Intex launched its first Octa-core phablet Aqua Octa costing Rs. 19,999 in India

The phablet features a 6 inch IPS HD touchscreen display (720×1280 pixels resolution) and is powered by a 1.7 GHz MT6592 Octa-core processor. The device runs on the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and comes with 2 GB RAM. The internal memory of the device is 16 GB, which can be further expanded up to 32 GB with a microSD card.

By the connectivity view the Intex Aqua Octa dual-SIM phone includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. This phablet packs a 2300mAh battery, with no word on standby time and talktime. The Intex Aqua Octa measures 161×80.8x7mm and weighs 180 grams.

Intex added eight models to its Aqua series of smartphones last year.
