A Day in the Life of… Model Alesia Raut

When she takes over the ramp, all eyes are riveted… Alesia Raut truly captivates her audience. The gorgeous 33-year-old Russian-Indian model began her career in 1999 and is still at the top of her game. Poised for a hectic Lakme India Fashion Week Summer Resort 2014, Alesia shows us how she juggles a demanding career and mommyhood by giving us a sneak peek into a typical day in a model’s life.

Alesia’s day begins with dropping her little fellow off to school. And their puppy sneaks in his walk too 🙂

Up next, in the model’s busy day is a workout. After all, you ain’t gonna have a body like that with no discipline! Pumping weights and of course, some cardio make it into Alesia’s fitness regimen.

Once she’s showered and freshened up, Alesia heads off to the Lakme Absolute Salon. A pre-fashion week beauty prep along with a sprinkle of pampering is a must for every model. (The gruelling-yet-crazy-fun Lakme Fashion Week is about to begin. Remember?)

Next Alesia shows up at Grand Hyatt for her fittings. That’s her posing with an ensemble she’s going to be seen wearing on the ramp.

Hanging out with her son is one of Alesia’s top priorities. She makes sure to fit in after-school, mommy-son time into her schedule. Snapped here is the two of them grabbing a bite at Candies in Bandra.

Being the family person that she is, on a free night, Alesia also makes time for dinner with her parents.

On a working day, however, the model takes to the ramp like a pro. Look at her dazzle on the catwalk! *whistles*
