In an interview with ETimes, Yami revealed she’s just as much of a homebody as the rest of us, especially when it comes to dates. While most celebrities can be spotted attending parties, Yami likes staying in and chilling. She said, “The thing is we both are not really people who love going out much,” adding, “Home is date, date is home. Stepping out every time might be boring. Aditya and I have a great time at home. We’ll watch something nice.”

Not many know this, but apparently Yami’s husband Aditya, who made his directorial debut with Uri: The Surgical Strike, is a good cook! Yami attributes their tendency to stay home for dates to his culinary skills, and her love for eating: “We enjoy having our meals at home. We eat something that we want to eat… He’s a great cook and I eat really well so that’s a great combination.”
Same, Yami. Same. Who can say they don’t love a man who can cook? No woman, for sure.

Another way Yami is really relatable became clear when we saw her wedding photos. Unlike many celebrities who have big and opulent weddings, Yami chose to have a really intimate, private, and simple wedding ceremony with her close family and friends.
