Actor Shriya Saran and her Russian entrepreneur husband Andrei Koscheev were blessed with a baby girl last year. It’s only a year later that the Drishyam actress has taken to Instagram and announced the arrival of their girl, leaving her fans surprised.

Sharing a video of the couple playing with the little munchkin, she wrote, “Hello people, we had a crazy but the most beautiful 2020 quarantine. While the whole world was going through a beautiful turmoil , our world changed forever. To a world full of adventures, excitement and learning. We are blessed to have an Angel in our life. We are so grateful to God!”
The actor avoided showing her daughter’s face on social media. Koscheev’s Instagram post revealed that they have named their adorable daughter Rada. His caption read, “Rada welcome to this world.”

The couple met in the Maldives in 2016 and tied the knot in a hush-hush wedding in 2018. The intimate wedding ceremony took place in Rajasthan with only close family, friends and very few celebrities in attendance.
Talking about her hush hush wedding, the Drishyam actress told the Times of India, “I can’t believe it’s been almost two years since Andrei and I tied the knot! There’s nothing to hide, but I like to keep my private life quiet and simple. My work is my bread and butter and my husband is very supportive; he would love me to do more work.”

Shriya is head over heels in love with her husband and considers marrying him to be the best decision of her life: “God has been kind and I’m blessed to have such a supportive partner like Andrei. I somehow like the word partner more than husband. Because Andrei is like my partner-in-crime, partner-in-fun and everything else. He’s really proud of me and my work. Whenever I’m stressed or worried about what I’m doing, he always tries to calm me down. He’s the best thing that’s happened to me and I’m loving every minute that I spend with him.”
