The actress got injured a few days ago while shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Amazon series, Indian Police Force. Doctors advised her to take a six-week recovery break. Shilpa recently shared a video, expressing how the power of yoga is also helping her to heal faster.

She captioned the post, “After 10 days of resting in, I realised… no reason is good enough to not stretch. So, even though the injury needs me to take it easy for a few weeks, inactivity can make you rusty. So… I decided to practise the routine of Parvatasana, followed by Utthita Parsvakonasana, and concluded with Bharadwajasana.”
