While no one has admitted to this on record, reports online suggest that Kiara and Sidharth grew closer while filming Shershaah, which was produced under Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The couple were also brought together thanks to Karan Johar’s parties, where he invited them both. Funnily enough, when Sidharth’s ex Alia Bhatt came on Koffee With Karan and was asked whom she thinks Sidharth should be with, she said, “Kiara Advani.” Interesting!
2. Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Angad and Neha talked about how they came together. Initially, Neha just saw him as a friend and even tried setting him up with other girls. But then, Neha’s friend Karan Johar stepped in. Angad said, “Karan was the person who told her that this person is standing right in front of you and you can have great chemistry with him so you should look at him,” to which Neha added, “Thank god he did that.”
3. Vidya Balan and Siddharth Roy Kapur

In a conversation with Twinkle Khanna for Tweak, Karan revealed how he played matchmaker for Vidya Balan and her husband, producer Siddharth Roy Kapur. “Vidya called me the other day. It was her 12th wedding anniversary, because you know I had kind of introduced them together. She said, ‘I just want to thank you. I feel I haven’t said it enough.’ I’m so touched with this call, more than any feedback I’ve got for a film! That call meant the world to me because I remember telling Sid, ‘Sid, I think Vidya will be lovely for you’ and I remember bumping into Vidya at a Hindustan Times event and I was like, ‘You’ve never been home, come for dinner, just calling a few friends,” and she came, and I remember she walked in with these beautiful rajnigandha flowers and I made her meet Sid properly. They’re married today!”
4. Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal

Katrina came on Koffee With Karan and said that she thought Vicky would look good with her. When Vicky came on the show and saw a clip of her saying that, he mock-fainted, proving he was keen on the idea too.
