Ananya Panday’s Take On Long-Distance Relationships
Ananya Panday and Walker Blanco’s dating rumours started earlier this year, at the star-studded Ambani bash, where Panday reportedly introduced the latter to everybody as her boyfriend. Recently, in an interview with Filmfare, Ananya was asked about her take on long-distance relationships, to which the actress replied, “I actually think it is quite healthy sometimes to have some space. I think 45 days without meeting someone is good enough. I don’t think it is too bad. Two months is okay.” The actress stated that the heart grows fonder with distance.
The Call Me Bae actress also revealed how she has evolved as a partner over the years and how being comfortable in herself has helped the diva positively, as far as her relationships are considered. She pointed out that earlier, she tended to merge her personality with her partner. She said, “Whatever their interests were, I would start liking those. If they wanted to do something, I would kind of not do what I wanted to do and go with them. In the past, I based my personality on who I was dating. And now, I am comfortable with who I am. I am better at finding a sweet spot between two people who can be happy.”
Ananya’s take is quite relatable and has us all fangirling over her take on relationships.
Ananya Relates To THIS Iconic Bollywood Character When She’s In Love
Panday revealed that she relates to Ali from Dhoom, when in love. The actress said, “I’m a full of love kind of person. In one week, I’m already in love and then I start thinking about family instantly, just like Ali”; hinting at how Uday Chopra’s character Ali used to fantasize about having a family with every girl he fell in love with.
When asked about red flags, the actress shared that she has had quite a lot of traumatic experiences in past relationships. She further revealed, “Honestly is something I deeply value, and I expect the same in return. The actress also said that she had never cheated in a relationship and is reluctant toward dating apps due to her obsession with true crime documentaries.
The actress was last seen in the Netflix film, CTRL and Amazon Prime series Call Me Bae. Ananya’s future projects include Dharma Productions’ Chand Mera Dil, co-starring Lakshya, among others.
