Dear men, here’s an appreciation post for all of you who cooperate with women while taking those endless selfies from some ever-changing angles. Your enormous patience and tolerance deserves laud. It’s an art, and you men have brilliantly aced it.
You do it out of sheer love
You often give in and do as asked without getting into an argument or showing any signs of dissent. It’s an art that shouldn’t go unnoticed and needs some serious acknowledgment. You let all that happen to you to avoid a few uncalled for arguments and fights. In fact, you do that out of sheer love because you don’t want us to get upset or feel disappointed. Hence, you don’t oppose it.
The mantra is: Keep calm, wear a smile and pose
You know it’s just a matter of five minutes that you need to have control over, keep calm, smile and put your best profile forward. That’s all it takes to make your partner happy. You find it annoying and you’re almost on the verge of saying, “Baby, are we done?” But you can’t! And you know why! As much as you believe in living the moment and not wasting your time clicking selfies, you can’t be vocal about it. You are forced to pose and smile at a particular angle for the perfect couple social media picture.
Whatever makes your partner happy, right? At the end of the day your happiness lies in making them happy. And you can’t really let that be at stake. Thank you for being so tolerant and patient with us.
