It’s not like we’re saying men don’t understand but, sometimes, men just don’t understand, yaar. You might have a male best friend but, as a girl, sometimes you know another woman is the only person who’ll understand and perhaps give you some unsolicited advice as well. Enter, the female bestie! She’s the one you call when your period is slightly off-colour or when you need to discuss how good someone is in bed–yes, we do discuss it and, no, you cannot tell this to anyone else!
The point we’re trying to make is that when certain life situations are involved, it’s your girl best friend who will ‘get it’ without having to spend an hour explaining the dynamics. If you have one, you know what we mean! How many of these life situations has your BFF helped you out with?

6. To give you clothes when you need them.
7. To fake being your lesbian lover when them creeps are trying to make a pass in the club.
8. To confess your darkest secrets like flirting, cheating, and whatnot!
9. To help you stalk people if and when needed!
10. For all your pregnancy scares and last-minute contraceptive runs!
11. To discuss women’s empowerment because only women truly know what other women go through sometimes!
12. Go for salon or spa time!
13. To help you check out that giant pimple you don’t want to be seen with.
14. To put on makeup with before going on a date.
