ENDOMORPH
You’re an endomorph if you are physically pear-shaped. This refers to wide hips and narrow shoulders, and extra fat on the arms and thighs. Your ankles and wrists may be skinny.
You are: Relaxed, tolerant, comfortable, and social. You tend to procrastinate and be stubborn. You love: Sleep, food and affection.
You are prone to:
Slow digestion and somewhat oily hair. You are prone to high cholesterol, obesity, allergies, and sinus problems.
You skin is:
Cool, damp and pale.
ECTOMORPH
You’re an ectomorph if you are slender, have narrow shoulders, thin legs and arms, and a narrow face and chest. No matter how much you eat, you never seem to gain weight.
You are: Self-conscious,
artistic, quiet, thoughtful and private.
You love: Ideas and projects but your energy level fluctuates often.
You are prone to:
Anxiety, insomnia, premenstrual syndrome and constipation.
You are good at initiating things but poor at finishing them.
You skin is: Cool and dry.
MESOMORPH
You’re a mesomorph if you have a large head and broad shoulders with a narrow waist. Mesomorphs tend to be athletic and muscular, with strong arms and legs and little fat on their frame.
You are: Assertive and courageous. Your biting wit and intelligence is charming. But you can be critical or passionate with short, explosive outbursts.
You love: Water and liquids, outdoor activity and trying new things.
You are prone to: Acne, ulcers, haemorrhoids, and stomach ailments.
You skin is: Healthy with a ruddy complexion. However, you may have a tendency to sweat heavily.
