Ezinne Okparaebo has caught the world’s attention with this slow-motion video which she posted on Instagram. Check out her incredible athletic prowess, as she crosses some 29 stadium steps in just five leaps. No kidding there!
But then, this 27-year-old athlete has done the 100 m dash in 11 seconds, a national record in Norway, and made the Olympic 100 m quarterfinals in 2008 and the semifinals in 2012. She is currently ranked No. 46 in the world in that discipline. So yes, she is in full form, disciplined etc. but surely none of us have seen athletes work out like this! Seriously!
