We’ve all heard about the multiple health benefits of yoga, an art and exercise form that originated in India. Well, as Indians, we couldn’t be more proud to celebrate June 21 as International Yoga Day. Yoga is known to make the body flexible and only once you start doing it will you realise what your body is really capable of.
