Now, to get that ab-assistance and the confidence to sport a bikini this summer, you don’t need to go to the gym. All you need is a place to do these easy exercises without any equipment. Ready?

Mountain climbers

 

Do 4 sets of 1 minute

 

Got an after-work event? Try this exercise before it. Even though you’re targeting abs, this is an efficient total body workout. Working out in this running-style will give your abdominal muscles quite the workout. Then slip into your favourite office-party approved LBD!

 

So go on and move imaginary mountains for 4 reps of one minute each, without any breaks.

Reclined crunches

Need to look good in that holiday party dress? Get crunchin’. These crunches get straight to the point. The most attention during this balancing act would be to your front abdominal muscles extending from the ribs to the breastbone.

 

 

 

Seated oblique crunches

 

Do 4 sets of 1 minute

 

Reduce your post-lunch bloat, because of that pizza you ate. Once you master this one, there’s no looking back. Swap that greasy lunch for a workout like this one by toning your external oblique muscles. Feel good burning fat, instead of eating it. 😉

 

 

 

Vertical crunches

Got 30 minutes before going to work? Crunches are more traditional than any other form of workout. But, don’t presume that nothing’s happening, because you are laying down. This not-so-lazy leg lift sort of exercise targets your abs to sculpt them perfectly.
