Her Insta feed is not just filled with selfies and OOTDs, but some intense workout sessions. Not just that, she even trains her daughter Alisah, who’s just nine-years-old. So, you can’t help but look up to her when it comes to fitness, as her workout videos are such goals to stay fit even in your 40s. No kidding!
