Last summer, when I went on back-to-back trips to parts of Kerala and Ladakh, I had the opportunity to experience nature the way city dwellers like me hardly have the chance to. I could sit for hours and just watch the green peaks of Wayanad and Munnar, and the snow-capped mountains of Ladakh. I remember shutting my eyes and listening to the chirping of birds and the wind blowing. It is experiences like these that re-establish the importance of mother nature.
While it may not be possible for everyone to take off for the mountains like I did; I decided to urge you to indulge in some word therapy to feel one with nature. Check out our prized list of quotes to get a feel of what we’re saying.
