But honestly, it goes far beyond that because these different looks, sizes and styles need to be particular to you and your needs. 1. Wearing the wrong size:

Wearing ill-fitting underwear can be a nightmare. Small-sized underwear can cause friction as it’ll cut into your skin and bigger-sized underwear can be a disaster especially when you wear figure-hugging outfits.

2. Not wearing appropriate underwear for fancy clothing:

Be it seamless, low waist, thongs or bikini-style – there’s underwear for every option. So pick the appropriate underwear based on your outfit for the day. For instance, wear a thing under a tight dress because you don’t want those dreaded panty lines showing up.

3. Not following instructions:

All garments have washing instructions printed on the labels inside. One of the most common mistakes that people make is they don’t follow those instructions and wash the garment with harsh soap and hot water. This can damage the quality and fit of your underwear.

4. Not getting rid of worn-out undies:

Your panties have a shelf life and once they crosse six to eight months or start looking faded, old or worn out, it’s time to toss them in the bin. Ideally, you must change your underwear every six months.

Avoid synthetic underwear; use it only for those special occasions.

6. Wearing underwear at night:

Your vagina needs to breathe. So go commando while sleeping. It’s the best time for your nether regions to air out.

7. Dirty, sweaty panties:

We all sweat through the day. So make sure you never wear the same panties the next day because it is UNHYGIENIC and cause infections. If you sweat excessively then change your underwear at least two times a day. Also make sure you put on a clean pair of undies before and after a workout.
