Like everyone else my New Year resolution includes a Be Fit pointer. However I am not one to spend hours on the gym treadmill or go for long walks; I’d rather sleep. However my resolution is very much still in place courtesy an exercise ball. It’s a great medium to work on your abs, shoulders, and biceps.
