1. Lemon Ginger Detox: Combining lemon and ginger with water makes a great cleansing drink that can be had early morning or 30 minutes before your breakfast to prep you for the day. Both the ingredients help eliminate toxins from the body while giving you a dose of Vitamin C. Ginger also helps increase your metabolism.

 

Ingredients: 1 glass water, ½ lemon juice, ½ inch ginger root

 

Method: Add the lemon juice to the water. Grate the ginger. Add the ginger to the glass and drink it up.

 

 

2. Cherry Blush: This drink is packed with vitamins which are essential for detoxification. Combining pears, apples and cherries into a smooth textured detox drink will also make you feel great. The drink also fights anti-ageing and promotes bone strength.

 

Ingredients: 1 pear, 1 apple, handful of cherries

 

Method: Cut into pieces the pear and apple. Blend all the three in a mixer. Add some water for consistency. Pour and drink.

 

 

 

3. Mango Berry Mix: Since mangoes are in season why not use them for our benefit? Blueberries have natural antioxidants that act as a wonderful detoxifier while mango has high nutritional value and adds sweetness along with strawberries.

 

Ingredients: 1 mango, handful of blueberries, 3 to 4 strawberries

 

Method: In a blender, mix pieces of mango, blueberries and strawberries. Blend them together. Add some water for consistency.

 

 

4. Strawberry Coconut Lassi: Strawberries have antioxidant properties while coconut water is a nutritious hydrating ingredient and banana adds consistency to your drink.

 

Ingredient: 1 banana, 4 to 5 strawberries, 1 cup coconut water

 

Method: In a blender add banana pieces along with strawberries and coconut water. Mix together.

 

 

5. Blueberry Ginger Smoothie: This smoothie is gluten-free with plenty of antioxidants.

 

Ingredients: 1 cup of almond milk, ½ cup blueberries, 3 tbsp ginger juice

 

Method: Blend all together.

 

 

6. Orange Bliss: This drink has no oranges but the rich colour of carrots and apples and the citrusy lime flavour makes it a delicious detoxifier.

 

Ingredients: 1 apple, 1 medium carrot, 2 limes

 

Method: Wash and cut the apples, carrots and limes. Add them in a processor and blend well.

 

 

7. Black Grape Juice: Black grapes are great for the skin and work towards wrinkle repair too. They have natural anti-ageing properties and help curb weight gain. They also have flavonoids and Vitamin C.

 

Ingredients: 250 gms fresh black grapes, 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey, ½ lime juice

 

Method: Blend together all the ingredients and drink.

 

 

8. Green Goddess: Parsley, spinach and cucumber when combined make a green drink that’s rich in vitamins. Parsley is a diuretic while spinach contains glycoglycerolipids which helps keep cancer at bay.

 

Ingredients: 10 spinach leaves, ½ cucumber and ½ parsely

 

Method: Blend all the ingredients together and drink.

Ingredients: Lychees in syrup, peaches, coconut water
