1. Tank up on green tea:
Green tea is beneficial as it gets your metabolism moving and cuts calories. So try and sip at least two to three cups of green tea in a day, to keep the fats from piling on.

 

2. Eat in intervals: If you are a foodie, skipping meals is going to be difficult. So make sure you don’t avoid food instead eat in intervals. Eating in intervals will keep you satiated and curb the urge to binge.

 


3. Control portion sizes:
It’s good to keep a check on how much you eat and the best way to do that is my monitoring your portion sizes. Controlling your portions helps you get a grip on yourself and know how much you are eating.

 

4. Skip eating outside: Not only is home-cooked fresh food healthier, but this way you can also watch the intake of oil and spices.

7. Be choosy about sweets: Sweets are foods that double your calories so when you feel the urge to eat a dessert choose wisely. Pick something that you can digest easily or has a lesser amount of calories or eat smaller quantities.

 

 

 

8. Don’t obsess over it: Don’t obsess over the food that you are eating. The more you obsess over it, the more it will haunt you. If you feel like it, eat it.
