1. Triphala

6. Ashwagandha

7. Ghee
Ghee or clarified butter is a good source of fat, so you don’t have to stress about the calories when slathering it on that paratha. It also reduces the glycemic index of food and helps keep your body warm. It also helps nourish your skin and hair.
8. Amla
Amla or Indian gooseberry is a huge source of Vitamin C (higher than even lime and oranges) and is loaded with potent antioxidants. It is known to improve the texture of skin and even stimulate hair growth.
9. Neem
Known for its antibacterial properties, neem oil has been used to prevent dandruff and acne and in its powdered form used to purify blood. It also helps reduce joint pain and swelling.
10. Shatavari
Specially beneficial to women, shatavari is known to help boost breast milk production, increase fertility and menopause and is usually taken in powdered form.
