1. Lebu cha cocktail

Kolkata-style spiced lemon tea (lebu cha) gets a tipsy twist. The recipe is simple. After brewing your tea leaves, strain them and add a few drops of fresh lemon juice and some chaat masala. Let it cool completely, then add 30 ml of vodka or gin, and top with some ice cubes. Voila! Your lebu cha cocktail is ready!

2. Desi aam panna cocktail

Nothing helps to beat the heat better than sipping on this magical blend of aam panna, vodka, and a little chaat masala. Boil a raw mango and strain the pulp. Add chaat masala and some cumin powder, and let it cool. Then add 30 ml of gin and top with ice. See, it’s that easy!

3. Pani puri cocktail

Pani puri is always welcome, be it in any form. Not to mention, this desi punch of a cocktail is going to be an absolute hit and your friends are going to love it. Mix one teaspoon each of pani puri masala and jaljeera powder in a standard glass of water and stir well. Next, add 30 ml of vodka to it. Oh! Add ice cubes as well and woohoo! Your tipsy pani puri punch is ready.

4. Cucumber cocktail

It’s summertime and cucumber coolers are a must have. Mix chilled cucumber juice with 30 ml of gin/vodka, add mint leaves and sprinkle a little amchur (dried mango powder) on top. Garnish with cucumber slices.
