But what do you do if you are living in a single girls’ apartment with only the most basic of equipment? You needn’t give up on making desserts though. One of the easiest desserts ever- just do a ten-minute prep, throw it in the fridge to set, and enjoy childhood bliss with every Oreo-filled cheesecake bite. And, it’s eggless too!

2. Chunky Monkey Éclair Cake

This is just crackers, layered with sliced bananas and peanut butter. The dessert factor comes from the home-made chocolate frosting. Or just melt some chocolate and pour over it like ganache.
