Rich and yummy white chicken

A dish to earn forever fans who’ll pledge unconditional love to your cooking skills. The white chicken recipe is exclusive to dinner nights that call for special guests. You have to marinate the chicken with much love in cream and curd. Serve it with naan, tandoori roti or rice and be ready to feel like royalty as you relish the dish.

 

Ingredients:


1kg chicken (preferably boneless pieces)
1 cup cashew (non salted)
2-3 green chillies, grounded to form a paste
2 green chillies, chopped
1 ½ cup curd
Handful of coriander
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp ghee to cook

 

Method:


  1. Marinate chicken in curd, coriander, cream and green chillies for at least an hour
  2. Heat a pan and put the ghee.  Add the ginger-garlic and chilli paste.
  3. Now add the marinated chicken and gently stir for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the cashew nuts. Let the chicken gravy cook till the meat is tender.
  5. Serve hot with roti, naan or rice.
