A recent family get together plan got me thinking – What to make? This seems to be the eternal problem of my life and I am sure many of you will agree. As is my nature I began to prepare for the event days in advance deciding the menu and stocking up on the ingredients (I avoid the last minute panic). While going through the pages of my recipe book that I usually consult for ideas I came across the recipe of Angada chicken. But that’s something I’ve prepared earlier so I decided to improvise and made my own version of the cream cheese chicken. Since I was making it for the first time, I did a test run and we all loved it. So if you are looking for non-vegetarian recipes, you must bookmark this one.

2. Par boil the chicken in one cup water.

4. Add the par boiled chicken along with water in the pan. Add a pinch of haldi and sauté. Add the chopped coriander and cook.
