Delicious paneer bhatti tikka
If you are planning to go low on meat consumption but still crave a delicious starter for dinner, try this paneer bhatti tikka recipe. It is so simple yet flavourful that your folks will finish it off in minutes. A mix of Indian spices gives it a rich and aromatic flavour while the protein-rich paneer melts in your mouth and you get to savour every bit of it. Try it out as a toothsome pre-dinner treat.
Ingredients:
200 gms paneer
40 gms hung curd
10 gms deggi mirch powder
10 ml mustard oil
5 gms white pepper powder
10 gms cumin powder
10 gms coriander
10 gms garlic
30 gms butter
20 gms chat masala
5 gms green chilly
Method:
1. Make a marinade with hung curd, chilli powder, cumin powder, garlic paste, mustard oil and chaat masala.
2. Marinate the paneer for one hour.
3. Skew the paneer and cook for 10-15 minutes in an oven at 180*c. Keep applying butter to ensure it does not get dry.
4. Once ready, serve hot. Sprinkle the paneer with chat masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
