Put in some heavy cream, along with grated Parmesan and Romano cheese. Stir constantly for a perfect blend. Also add salt and nutmeg to taste. Let the mixture melt. Now add some egg yolk and let it simmer for a few minutes. This creamy delight is ready to accentuate the taste of your pasta!
The Connoisseur’s Sauce
If you’re already a veteran, not by age, but based on your pasta cooking skills, then this tongue-tingling sauce is a must-try for you. You can start by heating up some brown stock made of beef. Thicken it with some mushroom sauce, and add a bit of brown roux. Throw in some spices and condiments of your choice for that perfect aroma. Try this sumptuous seasoned espagnole sauce with your choice of pasta, for an unforgettable taste.
