A nutritious salad recipe

Check out this delectable and nutritious spinach, walnut and cranberry salad recipe that will motivate you to make healthy food choices, post the celebration season. Go green for a meal!
Ingredients:
2 tsp chopped walnut
2 tsp chopped cranberries
1 lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
1 bunch spinach leaves, washed, de-stemmed and dried
Method:
1. Put the walnuts in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the cranberries, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well (Tip – You could also use almonds instead of walnuts and raisins instead of cranberries).
3. Pour your dressing over the spinach, mix well and serve (Tip – Mix the dressing with the spinach just prior to serving to avoid ending up with wilted leaves).
4. Enjoy your spinach, walnut and cranberry salad!
