How to Make Eggless Crunchy Pineapple Cake [Video]

A cake that needs no baking and no eggs. Now, that’s a novel concept! Get some fresh whipped cream, orange juice, pineapple pieces and biscuit crumbs and your cake will be ready in minutes. This is perfect for your kids or if you need a quick dessert when guests are over. The best part is you can even replace the pineapple with strawberry or any other fruit of your choice. Let’s assemble some yummyness.

 

Ingredients:


1/2 cup chopped canned pineapple
16 nice biscuit or any sweet biscuits
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cups beaten whipped cream

 

For the garnish
Coarsely crushed mixed nut chikki
3 slices canned pineapple , cut into 6 pieces

 

Method:


  1. Dip eight nice biscuits one by one in orange juice and arrange them on a flat plate with 4 biscuits each one besides the other in 2 rows so as to form a rectangle.
  2. Put the whipped cream on the biscuits and spread it evenly using a palate knife.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped pineapple evenly over it.
  4. Again put whipped cream over the pineapple and spread it evenly using a palate knife.
  5. Dip the remaining 8 biscuits in orange juice one by one and again place 4 biscuits each one besides the other in 2 rows over the whipped cream.
  6. Finally put the remaining whipped cream and spread it using a palate knife.
  7. Garnish with the crushed chikki on top and pineapple pieces along the circumference of the cake.
  8. Refrigerate for at least three to four hours.
  9. Cut into six equal pieces and serve chilled.
