Ingredients:

500 gms chicken
1 bowl of cream
½ bowl mozzarella cheese
2-3 tbsp thick yogurt
1 ½ tsp pepper
Salt as per taste
1 ½ tsp corn flour
½ tsp nutmeg powder
½ tsp elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
3 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
Juice of half a lime
Coriander leaves for garnish
1 tsp butter

Method:

1. Lightly make slits on the chicken pieces with a knife to ensure that the marinade seeps in.

2. Mix salt, pepper powder, juice of half lime, coriander leaves and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl.

3. Rub it well on the chicken pieces and keep this aside for 20 minutes.

4. Prepare the marinade in a bowl. To do this, add cheese, thick yogurt, cream, salt, pepper, cornflour, nutmeg powder, green elaichi powder, coriander and butter. Mix well.

5. Evenly spread the cream-and-cheese marinade on the chicken pieces and let them refrigerate for two to three hours.

6. Cover a grilling tray with silver foil. Place the chicken pieces on this and grill for 20 to 30 minutes at 200 degree celcius.

7. Serve hot with chutney.
