2. Make rice

Do you prefer cooking rice in a pressure cooker, but hate that it requires monitoring? Well, enlist your microwave into service and make your life easier. Put the pre-soaked rice and water in a microwave-safe dish, and set the timer for 10 minutes. No, you don’t need to cover the dish with a lid. Trust us, your rice will taste as good as it does when you pressure cook it.

3. Baked potatoes, FTW!
