Be Creative blocks. Also made of plastic, incredibly versatile, endless possibilities, knows no age boundaries, probably just as painful to step on, but most importantly… pivoted!
These spherical blocks, and their various accessories/attachments, can either act as units to build moving/pivoted structures, or even as individual pixels that can interlock at 18 different points (as opposed to the standard Lego brick that only fits in one way). The Block’s rhombicuboctahedron shape gives it multiple points of fixture and its ball and socket style joinery that put it on a level above Lego. It can even be plugged sideways or even diagonally while being plugged up and down, making larger structures much more rigid. Introduce colors and custom blocks into the mix and you can make yourself toys that can actually move!
10/10 would watch an animated movie made from these blocks if the Warner Bros. made it!
