You don’t take pride in your career.
When someone asks you about your work, you divert the topic or have nothing interesting to say about it. This is another sign that you’re stuck in the wrong career.

You have no motivation to get up and go to work.

You’re only doing it for the money.
Some of us choose a hefty pay cheque over our dream job. If you’re only doing it only for the money, you are surely pursuing a wrong career. It is sometimes advisable to pass up the extra money for a more fulfilling job.

Your skills and interests don’t match your career choice.
We all have skills and interests that would seem ideal for a particular career. This will not only make you happy but also proud of what you do. So compare your skills and interests with your current career and if they do not match, then you should reconsider your career.
