We understand there is no perfect cure for stress and frustration, but you can include foods in your diet that promise to calm your nerves and boost your mood. We’ve compiled a list of the five easily available foods that are major stress busters.
1. Bananas:
They are rich in potassium, which regulates the blood pressure. Bananas are known to cure heartburn and control your blood sugar level. The carbohydrates present in bananas have a relaxing effect on the body since they produce serotonin, a chemical which calms down the nerves.
2. Oats:

3. Cashews:

4. Dark chocolate:
