So you have these pair of shoes that you love but you might not wear them, AND they haven’t seen the light of the day, AND they’re totally outdated but you still don’t want to get rid of them. And then there are these comfort shoes which might have been in trend at one point in time, but they just ended up getting stuck with you. Well, now is the time to de-clutter and chuck some of the pairs out. Here are the ones you REALLY don’t need.

1. You love the six-inch stilettos; they look posh and classy, but they hinder your gait and are awfully uncomfortable. The motive of the shoe is not to hurt you but to give you comfort. So, chuck them.

2. Rubber flip flops need to be banned from been taken out of the house. We know they are super comfortable but they JUST can’t be seen in public. They are either meant for the house or the beach.

3. Also, if you own cute kitten heels then throw them out. They literally serve no purpose. If you want to wear heels then you could go for platforms or anything else. But kitten heels are neither heels nor flats. Plus, they ACTUALLY don’t look cute.

4. If you own a pair of shoes that look amazing but give you shoe bites then it’s time to get rid of it. We understand if it’s a new pair and it needs some time to break loose but if they continuously give you shoe bites, then you should ban them. You are totally ruining your feet and scarring them for nothing.

5. You should also be a bit more experimental and ditch those nude patent leather pumps and square heels, they are just drab. Instead experiment with a vibrant colour or opt for suede pumps.

6. Ballet flats have always been a Yes. They are chic and elegant at the same time, with their skimmed look. But, do away with the logo’d ballet flats. Let them be a bit more understated – a pointed or round toe.
