The Oqloq may look like an uber-minimal timepiece but the designers want you to know that it’s not! For instance, the face may have a hand on it, but you don’t read it as you would a normal clock. The dial completes one full rotation every 24 hours. Which means when the Hand faces downwards, it’s actually noon! The outer rim of the clock also can be customized in a way that allows you to plan out your day by color-coding that particular time segment. That drastically reduces your chances of going “Oh shit! I’m late for my appointment!” by gamifying the process of reading time. Plus, I absolutely adore the name Oqloq!
