Vir Das has proved once again that he’s a comedian par excellence. In his latest video he takes on trollers, giving them a lesson on trolling. If you are familiar with the Internet culture, you’ll know what trolling is about and how the cyber space brings out the evil in people.
The fact that you can hide your identity behind a computer screen gives people immense power to be rude, cruel and sometimes outright cheap on the web. And several public figures become easy victims.
Needless to say, trollers love to pick on women. Be it an Alia Bhatt comment, which had multiple memes being generated or Sonam Kapoor’s statement that had the cyber space going into a frenzy or let’s simply take Sonakshi Sinha’s case of being called fat on the Internet!
Vir Das, of course, understands how it feels to be trolled and in the light of this, he has created a satirical video, to give you lessons on trolling and how you can be a troller too.
