Shrivyshnavi likes to rise early and start the day on an energetic note. Her day never begins without her daily dose of Yoga. An hour of exercise is all she needs to fight the struggles that are to unfold in the day.
Before she leaves for work, Shrivyshnavi takes a couple of minutes to pray. Being spiritually connected helps her the day begin on a positive note.
