Creamy potato peas salad
No one feels like cooking on an evening alone at home. That’s why we got you an easy salad recipe you can whip up in minutes that’s perfect for such days. This potato pea salad with dill leaves, curd and fresh cream makes for a creamy, wholesome meal. Sit back and enjoy this delight while you cuddle up in your bed.
Ingredients:
For the dressing
2 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves
½ cup whisked curds (dahi)
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ cup fresh cream
salt and to taste
1 ½ cups boiled and peeled baby potatoes
1 cup boiled green peas
1 tbsp chopped dill leaves for garnish
Method:
For the dressing
1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
2. Refrigerate for ½ hour. Keep aside.
3. Now combine the potatoes, green peas and dressing in a deep bowl and toss well.
4. Serve chilled.
