Recipe: Three Bean Chaat as a Healthy Festive Snack

Are you bored of the sweet indulgence that the festive season turns into? A sugar overdose leads us to crave something savoury. But, we also aim to keep it healthy without compromising on the taste. You think it’s impossible? Well, here’s a recipe of three bean chaat with a tangy dressing that’ll surely win over your taste buds. Try it out to savour some low-cal goodness!

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked rajma
1 cup cooked channa
1 cup cooked chowli beans
1 cup cooked green beans
1 cup cooked potatoes
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup chopped tomatoes
½ cup chopped cucumbers
½ cup pomegranate

For the dressing:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala
Salt and pepper for taste
1 tsp chopped coriander

Method:

1. Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, chaat masala, salt, pepper, chopped coriander to make a delicious dressing.

2. Mix all the chaat stuff and drizzle over with the dressing. Let it marry for flavours in the fridge for 1n hour or so.

3. Serve chilled
