Prepare this simple yet delectable moong palak bhaji
Amidst all the fancy fare, the one thing we crave is a simple home-cooked meal with minimal spices and maximum taste. Sprouts are a healthy ingredient rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins and amino acids. It can be had raw and cooked, but mixed with an iron-rich ingredient like spinach, this dish makes for a super healthy meal. So, here’s the recipe of moong and palak bhaji to give you your daily dose of nutrition dose along with a tasty meal.
Ingredients:
30 gms oil
30 gms garlic
10 gms ginger
5 gms green chili chopped
100 gms sprouted moong
150 gms spinach chopped
100 gms jeera powder
5 gms garam masla powder
120 gms butter
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and saute jeera, ginger, garlic, green chili.
2. Add chili powder, garam masala powder and the chopped spinach and mix.
3. Add the sprouted moong and salt and cook for a few minutes.
4. When it boils reduce the flame.
5. Serve hot with a dash of butter.
