1. Berries to maximize pleasure time

Berries

Berries taste yum, don’t they? Not just that, Dr Shweta also suggests that, “Fruits and veggies which are rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, folic acid such as strawberries, blueberries, citrus fruits, celery, and parsley destroy cell-damaging free radicals and activate neurotransmitters which help in stimulating your brain’s pleasure centers.” All this to spice things up between the sheets. Do you mind? Of course, you don’t! *wink*

2. Nuts to intensify orgasms

Nuts

Did you know that nuts help to feel aroused and also help get you the best of orgasms? Well, it does. All this while you have been gorging nuts without knowing its benefits to improve and intensify your sex life, right? Dr Shweta explains, “Nuts like walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pine nuts, brazil nuts, and peanuts, contain the essential Amino Acid L-Arginine, which allows the brain to increase Endorphins. This further helps you feel relaxed, dilates blood vessels, thereby enhancing blood flow to the genitals, which in turn enhances arousal and intensifies orgasms.” But that doesn’t mean you overeat them.

3. Seafood to elevate your mood

Seafood

Clinical findings show that couples who eat seafood more than twice a week have sex more often than those who consume less seafood. Dr Shweta explains, “Seafood is rich in proteins, DHA and EPA, Zinc which helps elevate Dopamine–that cause arousal. Dark chocolate is packed with Phenyl Ethylamine that is the Endorphin released in the brain and helps optimize degrees of Dopamine which elevates mood and pleasure. It is definitely something you’ll be wanting plenty of in the bedroom.”
