Mozzarella fritters recipe to floor the guests

When you have that party this weekend, impress your guests with easy-to-make snacks that sound fancy. Let’s introduce you to this incredibly simple recipe of Mozzarella fritters; in layman’s terms it is called fried cheese snacks. You can serve it with salsa, tartar or tomato sauce. Make them in plenty because these babies are wickedly tempting.

Ingredients:

1 packet mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs (seasoned with salt and pepper)
Vegetable oil for frying

Method:

1. Slice the cheese into flat wedges.
2. Set three bowls – 1 with flour, 1 with a whisked egg and 1 with breadcrumbs.
3. Coat each piece of cheese with flour, then dip it in the whisked egg and roll it over the breadcrumbs.
4. Drop immediately into hot oil to fry. The coating does not turn out well if you let it sit.
5. Fry each side until golden brown and the cheese has softened.
6. Serve sprinkled with lemon juice.
