Her baking videos will make you go on your own baking mission. Introducing food consultant, blogger at My Jhola and stay-at-home mum, Saee Koranne. The 31-year-old, who used to be an instructional designer, rediscovered her love for baking bread when she was pregnant. A typical day for Saee is all about food – writing her blog, cooking, organising food workshops and of course, spending time with her four-year-old daughter!
For Saee, a typical day starts with coffee andmost of the times homemade goodies. Take these brioche for example! Can life get any better?
She then takes over the kitchen interacting with clients on culinary experiences.
A day at work is spent on designing menus or preparing class notes, the current one being “Modernising Lesser-Known Maharashtrian Food.”
She also takes us styling and photographing pictures for her blog as well as clients.
And of course, making breads!
The food writer also spends time organising food workshops. In this one, Saee is seen conducting a Pantry Staples class, where participants learn how to make pestos, jams, ketchups et al.
By lunch time, she is looking to cook up a meal. But when the pantry refuses to be of any help, Saee turns to her home garden for some inspiration.
And spending afternoons with daughter Avanee are the most treasured. She says, “In the middle of a mad day, nothing can beat the slowing down of pace just by looking at her sleep in peace.”
